CHEESECAKE
HI EVERYONE!
Today we have something delicious to share with you: an Australian lemon cheesecake recipe.
Ingredients:
3 lemons
250g soft cream cheese
400g condensed milk
200g biscuits
100g butter ( melted)
Crush the biscuits. Mix it with the butter. In a mould, make a base with sides. Put in the fridge.
Mix the cheese, the condensed milk and the lemon juice in a processor.
Put this mixture in the base. Put in the fridge for 3 or 4 hours.
Easy to prepare! Easy to eat!
